• SINGLE- FROM £30 TO £35 (Room only)
• DOUBLE/TWIN- FROM £55 TO £65 (Room only)
• FAMILY ROOM- we have family rooms that can cater up to four persons

Booking Terms

Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated arrival time.

Method of payment on arrival

On arrival, if you could please settle your account by card or cash. Debit card no charge however visa credit there is a 3% charge.

Cancelations

To make a cancelation, you will be required to call us on +44 (0) 01244 342208

Between 1 week and 5 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost is payable.

Less than 5 days before arrival: 100% of the total cost is payable.

In the event of you modifying/cancelling your reservation where it initially includes a 2 night stay on the booking system, we will apply a 50% surcharge to the remainder of your booking.

Note: credit card used to secure rooms may be verified and pre-authorised.

Conditions

Check in is from 1:30pm and check out is by 10:00am. We are a no smoking accommodation. Regrettably we cannot accept pets, guide dogs excluded. Unfortunately, we do not accept stag or hen parties, or those in social services care.

Conditions of stay

We have some standard rules that are designed to ensure that we comply with regulations relating to matters such as fire, health and safety, and to enhance the comfort and wellbeing of our guests. If you would like to check our conditions of stay please contact us.

We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests.

Liability

Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or misrepresentation, our total liability to you is limited to price of the booking and to the fullest extent permitted by law all warranties are excluded and in no circumstances will we be responsible for any indirect or special damages.

We will not be liable for failure to perform to extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to us or our property by your act, omission, default or neglect and you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss.
